R. Gordon GrubbR. Gordon Grubb is President of Grubb Ventures, LLC, which he founded in 2002 as a real estate development and investment firm focused on the repositioning and infill redevelopment of residential, office, and industrial properties in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. Since founding Grubb Ventures, he has overseen the acquisitions of over $250 million in properties and the redevelopment or repositioning of over $750 million in projects.

Prior to starting Grubb Ventures, Gordon oversaw the privately held real estate portfolio of Grubb Properties—one of North Carolina’s largest real estate firms—and managed all operations, including development, construction, property management, sales, and marketing.

Gordon is active in numerous real estate, civic, and nonprofit organizations that support the Triangle community. He currently serves on the Habitat for Humanity of Wake County Advisory Board, DHIC Affordable Housing Board, and the NC Museum of Art Foundation Board.

Gordon received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University, a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and an MBA from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
