Pediatric Neurosurgery Fund for Research Excellence

Pediatric neurosurgery is a growing and evolving field. Your gift will support clinical care, education, training, and research to better serve the children of North Carolina.

It is said that it takes a village to raise a child, and we demonstrate this daily as our pediatric neurosurgeons work frequently within multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for children with neurosurgical disease. We are one of only five Level I American College of Surgeons verified pediatric trauma centers in the Southeastern US, and one of the only centers in the Southeast offering fetal spina bifida surgery.
