2023 Matching Gift
$50,000 Matching Gift Ends December 31!
Your gift DOUBLES to help save lives
Make twice the impact for people touched by cancer!
You have a special opportunity at year’s end to bring twice the help and hope to people facing cancer this holiday season — here in North Carolina and around the world. That’s because UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center has received a generous Matching Gift that will double your contribution before December 31 up to $50,000.
Whatever you give will be matched dollar for dollar to accelerate new scientific discoveries that lead to clinical trials, safer treatments and more lives saved. Please give today!
Your support impacts research and patient care
With your gift today, you’ll partner with experts like Sascha A. Tuchman, MD, MHS — a UNC Lineberger oncologist who specializes in multiple myeloma.
Dr. Tuchman’s work involves designing and administering therapeutic studies, including a one-of-a-kind CAR-T study that is currently underway and he’s deeply grateful for your support.
“Philanthropy has impacted both patient care and research tremendously,” Dr. Tuchman says. “Patients are living not only longer than ever before, but with better quality, meaning less time in the clinic and fewer symptoms.”
“My doctors were always so positive, like there was no way they were going to let the cancer get me. They always made me feel like treating me was the most important thing in the world to them.”
