Mindful Monday Meditation and Self-Care Webinar
It is important to focus on self-care. And whether you just hosted family for Thanksgiving or you are missing holiday traditions due to the pandemic, taking care of your mental health is critical to your overall well-being.
Dr. Samantha Meltzer-Brody, chair of the UNC Department of Psychiatry hosted the session, beginning with a mindful meditation with Dr. Crystal Schiller as well as some insight into how Dr. Echo Meyer manages stress.

The Aging Brain and How to Protect It
Almost everyone can say that they know or have known someone who was had a neurological disease. And in a time when people are concerned about how to protect against COVID-19, we also need to know how to protect our brain.

Art is therapy for so many, including famed local artist Elaine O’Neil and Dr. Donald Rosenstein, division head of UNC Health’s General Adult Psychiatry program and director of UNC Lineberger’s Comprehensive Cancer Support Program.
