Tribute Gifts

If you have lost a loved one and wish to encourage memorial contributions to UNC Health, you may include specific wording in the obituary notice, such as “In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to UNC Health Foundation. Checks may be made payable to UNC Health Foundation with your loved one’s name in the memo line. Checks may be mailed to the address below.”

Tribute Gifts

Tribute gifts may be made to remember a family member, friend, or colleague who has passed away or to honor a care giver or a loved one celebrating a special occasion (birthday, wedding). To make a tribute gift, please check the box next to “Make this gift in honor or in memory of someone” on your online giving form, and complete the information.
