UNC Health Foundation supports clinical care, research and education for areas across UNC Health, UNC School of Medicine, cancer, children’s, and many other hospitals, clinics, centers and institutes throughout the state of North Carolina.

Medical terms

  • CAR-T: chimeric antigen receptor cells or CAR-T. Never CAR-T cell or CAR-T-cell
  • Hodgkin / non-Hodgkin lymphoma: never possessive
  • t-cell: always hyphenate
